When you reserve a Chef’s Table experience in the Lobby Bar & Grill, you embark on a true culinary adventure. Enjoyed right in the restaurant's kitchen alongside The Brown Hotel's Chef de Cuisine Paul Crepey, these special five-course prix fixe experiences give guests an opportunity to dine in the Hotel's main kitchen while enjoying a lively conversation with Chef Paul on topics ranging from ingredients, wine and cooking techniques to the art of making five-star cuisine.
The Lobby Bar & Grill Features Two Uniquely Different Chef's Tables
The seven-course Classic Chef's Table, a Louisville tradition known as "the ultimate dining experience," is a gastronomic indulgence. The minimum number of guests to reserve the Chef's Table is four and the maximum is six. Diners view the work on the kitchen line—guests are encouraged to walk the line to inspect the offerings from the culinary staff, making the celebration an even more enjoyable event. Business event attendees, guests celebrating birthdays, couples celebrating anniversaries and visiting dignitaries have all been guests of the Classic Chef's Table. The seven-course meal is prepared with wine pairings from the English Grill's Sommelier.
