Current Openings
Restaurant Sous Chef:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This is a "hands on" position in J. Graham's Cafe offering contemporary a la carte and buffet Breakfast & Lunch service including the world famous Hot Brown.
- This position will work closely with cooks, on a one to one basis, training, instructing and guiding them in their jobs and ensure quality of plate presentation and food quality.
- Will control cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, walk-ins and ensure proper rotation of foods.
- Will implement new menus, complete all projects in a timely basis and to work in an organized fashion.
- Other duties include daily routine check of mise en place and quality of food product and all other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
Requirements include but are not limited to: educational experience and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position at a luxury hotel or restaurant of similar caliber. A proven ability to give direction to manage, train and supervise talented cooks. Knowledge of all basic skills such as butchering, sauces, soups, cooking of meat, fish and vegetables
Front Desk Agent:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking guests in/out in a timely/professional manner, ensuring proper credit is received.
- Handling special requests when needed.
- Interacting with guests and/or hotel staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
- Strict adherence to department service standards and cash handling procedures.
- This position will also have telephone operator, reservations and concierge responsibilities.
Requirements include but are not limited to: Prior experience at a property of similar caliber, a polished professional appearance and impeccable references. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays and possess exceptional phone manners, customer service and organizational skills Prior hotel experience is a definite plus but not required. Must be comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Security Officer:
This is primarily a 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) position however availability to cover some 3rd shift hours (11pm - 7am) is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Insuring a safe environment for our guests and staff, patrolling, documenting, reporting, and following-up on safety and security concerns.
- This position will also be required to carry out more general guest service tasks, such as delivering items to guest rooms, and occasional support of In-Room Dining and Bell Services.
- May also be responsible for providing supervision and direction for housekeeping activities such as ensuring the highest level of guestroom and public area cleanliness and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Requirements include but are not limited to: Previous plain-clothes security experience at a property of similar caliber is required. Knowledge of loss prevention practices and ability to properly utilize two-way communication and CCTV equipment is also required. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable employment references and a professional appearance. Hotel experience is a plus. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time often including the entire shift; must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Banquet Server (Part-time/On-Call):
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serving food & beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Must be knowledgeable of event menu items and appropriate table settings.
- Also responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms
Requirements include but are not limited to: Basic English language communication skills, and the ability to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift; must also be of legal age to serve alcohol. This is a Part-time On-Call position – late night and weekend availability is required.
AM Restaurant Server (J. Graham's Cafe'):
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Professional interaction with guests
- Ability to describe menu and individual food & beverage items
- Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guests table
- Table set-ups and station preparation prior to service and at the end of the shift
- Maintaining the condition of the dining room and controlling guest checks and payments.
- The Server will also communicate and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction.Line cooking, grilling, broiling, sautéing, steaming, and prep work.
Requirements include but are not limited to: Prior service full-service restaurant experience at a property of similar caliber. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a guest oriented and friendly demeanor, impeccable employment references and a professional appearance. All applicants must have a flexible schedule, and be able to work early mornings (as early as 6am) including weekends and holidays. Position requires the ability to carry large, heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout the shift; along with some bending, stooping and kneeling. Must be knowledgeable in proper handling of food objects, plates, trays, glasses according to health regulations and the responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
Restaurant Cook:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Line cooking, grilling, broiling, sautéing, steaming, and prep work.
- Daily cleaning, organization of walk-ins and storage areas, proper food rotation.
- Practicing and upholding health and sanitation standards.
- Must maintain high standards of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served.
- Complete working knowledge of the safe and efficient use of all kitchen equipment.
- Other job duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
Requirements include but are not limited to: Some lifting over 25 lbs., must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and have tolerance to be exposed to hot grills, stoves, ovens, cleaning solvents and detergents on a daily basis. Prior experience at a property of similar caliber is required. The ideal candidates will have excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills, stable work history, impeccable employment references and a professional appearance. Hotel experience is a plus but not required. Evening and weekend availability is a must.
