Experience the Chocolate Striptease, our signature dessert in the English Grill. Dark chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. Coated with chocolate shaving and served with mixed berries and chocolate sauce, flaming with Bacardi 151 Rum.

Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is non-smoking. Business Casual attire is highly encouraged. Shorts, beach sandals or “lettered tee-shirts” and cell phones are not permitted.

J. Graham's is the home of the legendary "Hot Brown" and offers guests a bistro-style option for casual dining in the hotel and features the freshest local produce. Open for breakfast and lunch, the Cafe offers guests a contemporary a la carte menu or full buffet option including gourmet soups, salads and entrees and a decadent dessert display.
